Michael Finch, Owner
Michael leads corporate development at The Employment Firm. He brings over ten years of recruiting and staffing expertise to the company, as well as respected leadership in the areas of sales, management and employee training. Prior to taking over ownership of The Employment Firm in September 2004, Michael served as regional vice president at a local staffing provider, where he was responsible for the operations of four branches and two on-site accounts. Michael holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is an active member of the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry, Colorado Staffing Association, Colorado Human Resources Association and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Martin Mihm, Owner
Martin brings over nine years of proven results in the staffing industry to The Employment Firm with successes in revenue growth, lead generation and team building. Martin currently oversees all company operations. Prior to assuming ownership of The Employment Firm in September 2004, Martin held a leadership position as a regional manager at a local staffing provider, where he was responsible for branch profitability, client retention and sales training. Martin's vast experience in the staffing and recruiting industry also includes successful account executive positions with an accounting and financial staffing provider and a local staffing provider, where he focused on securing new customers and establishing winning sales processes. Martin received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Clarkson University and a bachelors degree in mathematics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Stephanie Settle, Recruiter
A successful recruiter with over six years of sales and account management experience, Stephanie joined The Employment Firm in September of 2005 as a recruiter. She is primarily responsible for The Employment Firm’s outbound recruiting. Prior to joining the company, Stephanie was a Denver, Colorado-based recruiter for a national staffing provider,, where she focused on providing clients with end-to-end candidate recruitment services, including search, screening, and placement. Earlier in her career, Stephanie held client services roles at the Salt River Project and Edward Jones in Phoenix, Arizona.

Kelly Elmore, Recruiter
Kelly began her career as a corporate trainer for GE Capital where she was responsible for all recruiting, human resources and facilitating CSR courses to every new hire in the Denver corporate call center. Prior to joining The Employment Firm in July of 2006, Kelly was a recruiter for a national corporate staffing agency where she oversaw on-site client relations and direct hire placements. She enjoys the challenge of recruiting and assisting people to further their careers, her goal is to fill the clients' needs while ensuring candidate success. Kelly brings a true passion and drive for both recruiting and client relations.
