Description
We have an immediate need for a Quality Inspector, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experiecne using hand inspection tools and the ability to read and interpret drawings. Duties will include: in-process audits, floor audits, 1st article inspection, (including CMM programming, a MUST) and final inspection. Excellent documentation control and communications skills are also required.
Experience - 3 years minimumAdvanced blue print readingBasic GD & T knowledgeKnowledge of value added process requirements (plating, NDT, etc.)Willing to learn and take on other responsibilitiesInspection Equipment Experience to include: previous measuring devices, calipers, micrometers, (O.D., detph, ID, etc.) use of height gage and advacnced surface plate set-ups.Experiecne with CMM Programming using PCDMIS software including CAD.Basic knowledge of viewing and contracting data from various CAD programs.Experience with programming vision system equipment.
